Position Description: This candidate will be supporting our government client in a Systems Engineering advisory role. Candidate should have on-site experience performing in a technical advisory capacity.
Required/Desired Skills: Required skills include program/project management skills. The successful candidate must have also have experience in the full development life cycle, to include: Operational Concept Development, Requirements Development & Management, Architecture Design & Development, Technology Assessment, Risk Identification & Management, Analysis of Alternatives, Prototyping, Feasibility Analysis, Performance Analysis, Integration and Testing, Modeling and Simulation, and Readiness.
Senior software engineering skills (system or project architecture, requirements, design, coding, test, logistics, etc.) are required.
Specific experience with IC ITE, C2S, and AWS technologies is required.
Strong communication skills (oral, briefings, written artifacts, collaboration tools, …) are required. The successful applicant must also work and communicate effectively in both small and large team environments, and appropriately prioritize and balance efforts when given multiple simultaneous assignments with limited supervision.
Education:
B.S. in IT related discipline required (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology)
M.S. degree or other additional education seen as a plus. Additional formal education or certification, particularly in domains related to data architecture, seen as a plus.
Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
Location: The position is located on site in Chantilly, VA.
