Years Experience: Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience winning pursuits for Intelligence Community clients.
The Solvarus business capture lead will be responsible for managing and implementing all phases of capture leadership to increase probability of win. Must be able to evaluate competitive positioning, develop win strategy, themes and discriminators, and manage the Solvarus corporate capture process.
The successful candidate must have a complete knowledge of the federal procurement process, as well as expertise in the capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through award.
Must have the ability to define and implement a capture approach in a small team environment as well as support large teammate capture events.
Must be able to evaluate potential teammates and partners.
Proven experience in a Capture Manager role or in a lead capture role on at least 2 winning procurements.
Must also work and communicate effectively in both small and large team environments, and appropriately prioritize and balance efforts when given multiple simultaneous assignments.
Preferred experience in the NRO and NGA markets.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Security Clearance: Must hold an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
Location: The position is located in Chantilly, VA. The office is a multi-contractor environment.
